Please join us for the 2nd Annual Congressional Fuel Cell
EXPO featuring exhibits of cutting-edge fuel cell technologies
from the nation's leading fuel cell producers, component
suppliers, and research institutions. Rep. Nancy Johnson
of Connecticut, the EXPO's Congressional host, and U.S. Department
of Energy officials will provide welcoming remarks around
12:30 p.m
The fuel cell industry is quickly moving to commercialize
this technology for powering everything from cellular phones
and laptop computers to homes and businesses, as well as
cars and buses. The EXPO will provide an opportunity for
members of Congress, Congressional staff, federal agency
officials, and news media representatives to learn about
these technology advancements directly from the leaders
in the industry.
The EXPO is being sponsored by the U.S.
Fuel Cell Council, the trade association dedicated to fostering
the commercial
introduction of fuel cell technology, with support by
the U.S. Department of Energy, American Institute of Chemical
Engineers, and the Society of Automotive Engineers.
Attendees
will receive a free EXPO beach ball, and visitors can enjoy
festive pre-holiday snacks and refreshments
in observance of the upcoming Memorial Day Weekend.
The EXPO
is free and open to the public, and no pre-registration
is required. For more information, please contact Anthony
